Each consumer or retailer is entitled to a full refund of only one book, regardless of the number of books ordered, calculated on a per book basis, not including the cost of shipping and handling. Therefore, a refund for a bulk discount order will be an amount less than that of cover price and only one book can be returned for refund.
A single book order refund will be 100% of the purchase price (proof of purchase required), less shipping and handling.
A refund request must be made within 4 months of when the order was shipped. A request for refund after 4 months due to unusual circumstances would be considered at the discretion of MeMend Books. If a book shows slight use or damage, it will still be gladly accepted for a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. A refund will only be sent after receipt of book. A Refund check must be deposited within 4 months.
Wholesalers based on a separate contractual agreement may be exempt to this policy.
A copy of Refund Policy is included with every order and can be used as “Proof of Purchase.”
